sab se pehlay piyaz ko oil mein lighjt brown karna hai phir lensan adrak and tomatoes and chicken add karo phir garam masala, red chili powder ,salt2 tea,,alo bukharay beghay hoe aik chatak,and phir tori dair baad adha hardina ,podina daalna hai and 2 green chilii aur cover kar do

ab aik pateli mein tora sa oil lo us mein 1tea cumin seeds daalo and boil rice daal do,phir 1 tea salt daalo and boil karo phir jab boil ho jaye tu us rice kay kay bech mein hole bana kay us mein woh biryani masala daal kay upper se adha hardhian and podina daal
do and zarday ka rang bhi daal do and dum per rakh doo.

for RICE

rice boiled nahi liye the
rice ko pehle 30 min tak soak kark rakhna hai pani mein.

phir sawa cup oil mein white zeera dal k hulka sa fry karna hai jub fry hjae tou chawal add karna hai + 1 tsp salt + 1 glass water cover kark taiz flame par pakana hai.
jub chawal hojain tou hole kark centre mein sara masala chicken k saath dal dena hai aur hara dhaniya,pudina n hari mirch dal kar dum par 8-10 min tak rakhna hai.
