Classic daal recipe

1 cup monng daal
1 cup masoor daal
1 1/2 tsp salt
dono daalo ko 1 hr tak pani mei bhego kar rakhna hai n then 20 min tak dono ko ek saath cook karna hai.daalo mei add namak also.

1 pao tomato
1 large finely chopped ki hoi pyaaz
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp pisa garam masala
2 tsp lal mirch pwder
1tsp chinese salt
10 kari patta
lehsan adrak paste 1 TBSP
1/2 cup oil
daalo ko fully cooked karlena hai(jo oper mention kia hai)
phir ek alag pan mein pehle pyaaz ko fry karlena hai jub brown hojae tou add chopped tomatoes,thora sa bhoon k add 1/2 tsp salt,lal mirch,haldi,lehsan adrakpaste aur thora sa pani add kark cook karenge itna k tomatoes ka paste ban jae.phir add hara dhaniya aur hari micrh aur phir is mei boiled daal add kardenge saath hi pisa garam masala,chinese salt aur kari patta.phir mix kark 3-4 min cook karein.
