Method:
Zeera or sabet dhaniya bhon k pees leen.
Heat oil in pen add ginger,garlic paste then also onion fry till till pink in colour add mutton n cover lid[don’t add water]cook on slow flame.when meat become tender add tomato.tomato gul jayen tu haldi,salt,black pepper add kar deen.2-3 minz bhon k yogurt add kar deen.when yogurt water dissolve add zeera,sokha dhaniya,green chilli n garam masala.at the v end add fresh cream n hara dhaniya
