methi dana 1 tsp
kuti mirch 1 tbsp
pisa garam masala 1 tsp

Method:
Oil garam ker k is mai methi dana dalein jab khushbu ane lage to pyaz dal dein pink ho jaien to dahi dal ke thore der pakaien phir is mai kerry bareek chop ker ke dalein aur pakaien jab kerry thore soft ho jaye to is mai haldi, kuti mirch or salt dal dein aur boil potatoes daal ker 4-5 min kelie dhak dein is ke bad zeera aur sabit dhaniya bhoon ker hath se crush ker ke dal dein phir pisa garam masala, hari mirchei moto moti kaat ke aur dhaniya kat ke chirak dein aur 10 min kelie dum pe rakh dein.
